Order policy
Updated September 9, 2026
This is how bespoke orders work commercially. The steps themselves are in Ordering a custom playable.
Quotes
A quote is priced in credits and is valid for the period stated on the order. Indicative starting prices and turnarounds for each kind of work are on the pricing page; the quote on your order is the figure that binds. It covers the work described in the brief as it stood when we quoted. Substantial changes to the brief are re-quoted rather than absorbed.
Payment
Orders are paid in two parts: a deposit to begin, and the balance on approval.
- Work starts once the deposit is paid. A zero deposit starts immediately.
- The delivered template is added to your organization when the final payment clears — not before.
- Both payments are taken in credits from the organization's balance. Make sure the balance covers it before accepting, or the payment step will stop and direct you to top up.
Revisions
The quote states how many revision rounds are included. Ask for a revision from the order page during review; the order returns to development and the demo is withdrawn until the next build is ready.
Revisions beyond the included rounds, or that change what was agreed, are quoted separately.
What you receive
A completed order gives your organization a template it can build and export from, exactly like a purchased one. Free exports and export costs follow the ordinary template policy.
For a new template, the result is exclusive to your organization. For a customization, the customized version is private to your organization — it does not become the public version of the template it was based on.
Cancellation
You may cancel before the deposit is paid at no cost. After work has started, a cancellation is settled against the work already done; the deposit is not automatically refunded. We may cancel an order we cannot deliver, and refund what has been paid for undelivered work.
